Free plugin, requirements and setup.
Yes. Geeky Bot Free is on WordPress.org at no cost, with no credit card. It searches your catalog in natural language, shows product cards with price and stock, and answers product and store-policy questions. Commerce Pro adds the buying actions: variation selection, add to cart, cart management, comparison, checkout handoff and order help.
WordPress 6.0 or later, PHP 7.4 or later and WooCommerce 7.0 or later. Commerce Pro also needs Geeky Bot 2.1.2 or later and an active license.
Install Geeky Bot Free from WordPress.org, then open Geeky Bot > License, enter the license key from your account and press Activate and install. Commerce Pro is downloaded, checked and switched on. You can also download the zip from My account > Licenses & downloads.
No. Geeky Bot answers from your catalog and the pages you select without one. AI answers are optional: you connect your own provider, such as OpenAI, or Zywrap, and that usage is billed by the provider, separately from the license.
Yes. Geeky Bot takes the shopper’s language from WPML or Polylang and searches each translation separately, and it is translated into 19 languages. Shopping intent is understood best in English, Spanish and Arabic, and cart and checkout commands are in English.
Choosing a plan and using your license.
Single Site for one WooCommerce store. 5 Sites for two to five stores, for example three stores of your own or a small agency. 25 Sites for six to twenty-five stores. For more than 25 stores, ask about custom licensing through support.
No. Every plan includes the same Commerce Pro features. Only the number of production stores changes.
Yes. Each production store may also use a staging or development copy, which does not use one of the license’s sites.
Yes. In My account > Licenses & downloads, open your license and choose Upgrade. You pay the bigger plan’s price, your key stays the same, the new year is added after your current one ends, and the old subscription stops renewing.
The installed version keeps working on your store. New downloads, updates and support need an active license, and renewing restores them.
Payment, renewal and refunds.
By credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, through Stripe. Customers in the US can also pay from a bank account (ACH). Checkout shows the methods available to you.
There are no discount codes at the moment. The prices on the Pricing page are the same for everyone.
Licenses renew automatically each year with the payment method you used. You can renew early, or change the payment method, under My account > Subscriptions. Renewal prices can change; a material change is communicated before the affected renewal where the law requires it.
Cancel automatic renewal under My account > Subscriptions, or through support, before the renewal date. Your license stays valid until the end of the year you have paid for. Cancelling does not refund the current year.
Yes, an eligible first purchase can be refunded within 14 days. Renewal payments are not normally refundable. The refund policy lists the exclusions and what a request needs.
