Terms and Conditions
Terms for Geeky Bot Free, Commerce Pro commercial entitlements, AI providers, store responsibilities, updates, support, acceptable use, and licensing services.
1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Geeky Bot website, customer accounts, Geeky Bot Free, Geeky Bot Commerce Pro, licensing services, protected downloads, updates, support, documentation, and related services.
These Terms form an agreement between you and WiselyHub LLC, located at 412 N Main St, Suite 100 Buffalo, Wyoming 82834, USA.
By creating an account, purchasing a product, activating a license, downloading software, or using the services, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any additional terms displayed during checkout.
If you use the services on behalf of a company, organization, client, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase, activate, or use the applicable services.
2. Product editions
Geeky Bot Free provides WooCommerce product discovery, product cards, grounded product questions and answers, approved Store Knowledge answers, basic conversation history, unanswered-question reporting, analytics, onboarding, and privacy controls.
Geeky Bot Commerce Pro adds licensed buying and decision features, including variation selection, cart actions, checkout handoff, product comparison, catalog-grounded recommendations, verified customer assistance, and additional sales workflows described on the current official product and pricing pages.
Features may be added, improved, renamed, replaced, or removed between releases. Roadmap items are not included unless they appear in the installed release and official release notes.
The official product pages, documentation, and changelog describe the features available in the current release.
3. Software license and commercial entitlement
Geeky Bot and Commerce Pro software are distributed under the software license stated in their respective plugin files and packages.
Where the GNU General Public License applies, the software may be used, studied, modified, and redistributed in accordance with that license.
A Commerce Pro purchase also provides a separate commercial entitlement to official Geeky Bot services for the number of websites permitted by the purchased plan.
Official commercial services may include:
- Commerce Pro license activation
- Protected Commerce Pro downloads
- Automatic and manual software updates
- Product support
- Staging or development-site allowances
- Customer-account and license-management services
Site limits apply to these official commercial services and do not remove rights granted by an applicable open-source software license.
A staging or development allowance is intended for testing associated with a licensed production website. It is not an additional independent live-store license.
4. Accounts, license keys, and activations
You are responsible for protecting your customer account, billing account, license keys, API credentials, passwords, and authorized administrator access.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly notify us that the account or credential has been compromised.
License keys and official service entitlements are issued to the purchasing customer. They may not be:
- Published publicly
- Sold separately from the purchased entitlement
- Shared between unrelated customers
- Used beyond the purchased site limit
- Used to obtain unauthorized updates or downloads
- Used to obtain support for unrelated installations
- Used to bypass activation or licensing controls
Copying or redistributing software files does not transfer the original purchaser’s account, license key, licensed site activations, support, updates, protected downloads, or access to hosted Geeky Bot services.
Site activations may be bound to the licensed website, domain, installation identifier, and other technical information used to prevent an activation from being copied to an unrelated website.
Notify support promptly if an account or license key may have been lost, exposed, or compromised.
5. Updates, support, and license expiration
An active Commerce Pro commercial entitlement includes eligible protected downloads, software updates, new site activations, and product support during the purchased license term.
Support covers reasonable assistance with installation, licensing, documented product features, and reproducible Geeky Bot issues.
Support does not normally include:
- Custom website development
- Custom theme or extension development
- Store-data entry or catalog management
- Third-party hosting administration
- Third-party AI-provider support
- Legal, tax, accessibility, or compliance advice
- Repair of unrelated WordPress or WooCommerce issues
After expiration, Commerce Pro may continue operating on an already verified website when the license service permits continued runtime access.
Expiration normally ends access to new downloads, updates, support, and new site activations until renewal.
A cancelled subscription remains valid until the end of its already-paid term unless it is refunded, reversed, suspended for abuse, or otherwise terminated under these Terms.
Refunded, disabled, unauthorized, domain-mismatched, activation-limit, or unlawfully copied installations may be denied Commerce Pro runtime and official service access.
6. AI services
Geeky Bot includes store-grounded product and policy functionality. Certain generated-answer features may also use Zywrap or another AI provider configured by the merchant.
AI-provider availability, supported models, usage limits, output quality, costs, retention practices, and service terms may change independently from Geeky Bot.
The merchant is responsible for:
- Selecting an appropriate AI provider
- Lawfully configuring the provider
- Reviewing the provider’s terms and privacy practices
- Maintaining sufficient provider access or credits
- Protecting provider credentials
- Disclosing relevant provider processing to shoppers where required
Unless explicitly included in the purchased plan, third-party AI usage charges and Zywrap credits are separate from the Geeky Bot or Commerce Pro license fee.
We do not guarantee that a particular provider, model, endpoint, or feature will remain available indefinitely.
7. Merchant responsibilities
The merchant controls the WooCommerce store and remains responsible for its products, customers, policies, legal obligations, and business decisions.
The merchant must:
- Maintain accurate product titles, descriptions, prices, stock, attributes, variations, and images.
- Maintain accurate shipping, returns, refunds, exchanges, payment, warranty, privacy, and other store policies.
- Test Geeky Bot and Commerce Pro before enabling them for shoppers.
- Review conversations, unanswered questions, and shopper-facing output.
- Provide an appropriate fallback or human-support channel.
- Protect API keys, license keys, account credentials, customer data, and order information.
- Configure conversation storage and retention lawfully.
- Provide required privacy notices, consent mechanisms, export options, and deletion controls.
- Limit order and account information to the properly authenticated or verified customer.
- Comply with applicable product, consumer, tax, payment, accessibility, privacy, marketing, and ecommerce laws.
- Maintain secure and supported WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting, theme, and extension versions.
- Create backups before major installation, update, migration, or configuration changes.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use the website, software, licensing services, support systems, or related services to:
- Gain unauthorized access to systems or information
- Expose, steal, or misuse credentials or secrets
- Distribute malware or harmful code
- Interfere with service availability or security
- Overload, scrape, or abuse service endpoints
- Evade site limits or license controls
- Use another customer’s account or license key
- Impersonate Geeky Bot or another person
- Misrepresent a modified copy as an official release
- Reveal another customer’s account or order information
- Process unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content
- Use the services to violate privacy or consumer rights
- Create unsupported medical, legal, financial, or safety claims
- Use the services in violation of applicable law
Reasonable automated requests required for normal plugin, license, update, and support functionality are permitted.
9. Commerce accuracy and guardrails
Geeky Bot is designed to use current WooCommerce products, prices, stock, variations, selected policy pages, customer sessions, and verified order information.
However, store data may be incomplete, outdated, incorrectly configured, delayed by caching, or changed by another plugin, theme, integration, administrator, or external service.
AI-generated explanations may also be incomplete, ambiguous, or incorrect. Merchants must configure, test, monitor, and maintain an appropriate fallback for shoppers.
WooCommerce and the merchant’s authoritative store systems remain responsible for final:
- Product availability
- Product and variation prices
- Cart contents
- Discounts and coupons
- Taxes
- Shipping charges and options
- Payment processing
- Checkout totals
- Order creation
- Refunds and exchanges
- Customer-account and order records
Geeky Bot does not guarantee product suitability, delivery dates, refund eligibility, conversion results, revenue, legal compliance, or uninterrupted purchasing.
10. Third-party services
WordPress, WooCommerce, hosting services, themes, extensions, payment processors, shipping services, tax services, AI providers, email providers, analytics tools, and other integrations are provided by third parties.
Their availability, security, compatibility, pricing, features, policies, and changes are outside Geeky Bot’s direct control.
Third-party terms, privacy policies, service limits, and fees apply separately.
We may change or discontinue compatibility with a third-party service where continued support becomes unsafe, unlawful, technically unreasonable, or commercially impractical.
Mention of a third-party product does not imply ownership, endorsement, or responsibility for that service.
11. Fees, renewals, cancellation, and taxes
Prices, introductory offers, license terms, site limits, billing frequency, renewal terms, and applicable taxes are displayed on the pricing page and during checkout.
Where a plan is sold as an automatically renewing subscription, the renewal frequency, amount or pricing basis, and cancellation method will be disclosed before purchase.
By purchasing an automatically renewing subscription, the customer authorizes recurring charges until renewal is cancelled.
A customer may cancel future renewal through the available customer-account or support process.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not normally create a refund for an already-paid term.
Renewal prices may change. Material pricing changes will be communicated before the affected renewal where required by applicable law.
The customer is responsible for accurate billing information and for taxes, duties, currency-conversion fees, or government charges not collected during checkout.
Payment may be refused, delayed, cancelled, or reversed where fraud, chargeback risk, sanctions, billing errors, or unauthorized payment activity is reasonably suspected.
12. Refunds
Refund eligibility is governed by the current Geeky Bot Refund Policy, the checkout terms presented at purchase, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval. The request must meet the applicable conditions and be submitted within the stated period.
Where a purchase is refunded, reversed, or charged back, the associated Commerce Pro commercial entitlement, license activations, downloads, updates, and support may be disabled.
Nothing in these Terms excludes refund or cancellation rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Intellectual property and trademarks
Software code is licensed under the open-source license identified in the applicable plugin package. Nothing in these Terms removes rights granted by that software license.
Geeky Bot names, logos, website design, hosted services, documentation, account systems, licensing services, product images, screenshots, videos, marketing materials, and other brand assets remain protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and intellectual-property laws.
The software license does not grant permission to:
- Impersonate Geeky Bot
- Claim official endorsement without permission
- Use Geeky Bot trademarks misleadingly
- Misrepresent a modified copy as an official release
- Use protected brand assets outside permitted use
WordPress, WooCommerce, and third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Merchant products, pages, policies, customer information, and other store content remain the responsibility of the merchant or their respective owners.
14. Confidential information
You must not submit passwords, private signing keys, complete API keys, full payment-card details, or other unnecessary secrets through public support or contact channels.
Where confidential technical information is reasonably required for support, use the protected method requested by support and remove or rotate temporary credentials after the support task is complete.
We may remove or redact exposed credentials from support messages where reasonably possible, but we do not accept responsibility for secrets submitted through an inappropriate or insecure channel.
15. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website, software, licensing services, updates, documentation, AI integrations, and support are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Continuous availability of an AI provider
- Perfect product or policy answers
- Compatibility with every theme or extension
- Compatibility with unsupported software versions
- That every security risk can be prevented
- A particular sales, revenue, or conversion result
- That Geeky Bot will replace human review or support
The merchant is responsible for evaluating whether the services are suitable for its store, products, customers, jurisdiction, and risk requirements.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WislyHub LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
This includes loss arising from:
- Lost profits, sales, revenue, or opportunities
- Lost or corrupted data
- Store downtime
- AI-provider failure or charges
- Incorrect or unverified output
- Unauthorized account or credential use
- Third-party themes, plugins, hosts, or integrations
- Shopper, merchant, or administrator decisions
- Failure to maintain backups or supported software
To the extent permitted by law, total aggregate liability arising from a paid Commerce Pro purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that Commerce Pro entitlement during the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WiselyHub LLC from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:
- Your store products, content, or policies
- Your unlawful or unauthorized use of the services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of third-party rights
- Your failure to protect customer or account information
- Your unsupported product, legal, medical, or safety claims
- Your configuration of third-party providers or integrations
This section does not apply where prohibited by mandatory consumer or other applicable law.
18. Suspension and termination
Access to an account, license, download, update, support, or hosted service may be restricted, suspended, or terminated where reasonably necessary because of:
- Non-payment or reversed payment
- Fraud or suspected fraud
- Account or service security risk
- Abuse of support or service infrastructure
- Unlawful use
- License circumvention
- Use beyond purchased site limits
- Material breach of these Terms
- Legal or regulatory requirements
Where reasonably possible, notice and an opportunity to correct the issue may be provided before termination. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to protect users, customers, systems, or legal rights.
You may stop using the software at any time and may cancel future renewal through the available account or support process.
Termination does not affect payment obligations, intellectual-property protections, disclaimers, liability limitations, or other provisions that by their nature should continue.
19. Changes to products and these Terms
We may update the website, software, services, documentation, supported providers, pricing, license infrastructure, and these Terms to reflect product, security, legal, provider, or operational changes.
Material changes to these Terms will be published with a revised effective date.
Where appropriate or legally required, notice may also be provided through email, the customer account, the plugin administration area, checkout, or another reasonable channel.
Continued use after an applicable updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
If you do not agree to a material update, you may stop using the affected services and cancel future renewal.
20. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, Geeky Bot, Commerce Pro, or the related services will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights or jurisdictional requirements that cannot lawfully be excluded, the parties agree that the state courts located in Johnson, Wyoming, and the United States federal court having jurisdiction over that location, will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services.
Before starting formal legal proceedings, the parties will make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally. The party raising the dispute should provide written notice describing the issue, the relevant account or transaction, and the requested resolution.
If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after the notice is received, either party may pursue any remedy available under these Terms and applicable law.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking temporary, preliminary, or other urgent injunctive relief where reasonably necessary to protect security, confidential information, intellectual property, customer information, or other legal rights.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights, legal remedies, or rights to bring a claim in another court that cannot lawfully be waived under the laws applicable to the customer.
21. General terms
Entire agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, applicable checkout terms, and any written plan-specific terms form the entire agreement concerning the applicable services.
Order of priority
If terms conflict, a specifically agreed written term or checkout term for the affected purchase will take priority over these general Terms for that issue. Applicable open-source software-license terms continue to govern the licensed software code.
Severability
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent required. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.
No waiver
Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Assignment
You may not transfer your customer account or commercial entitlement to an unrelated party without approval through the available account or support process.
We may assign these Terms as part of a business reorganization, merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
Force majeure
Neither party is responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government action, internet or power failures, labor disputes, cyberattacks, hosting outages, or third-party provider failures.
No agency
These Terms do not create a partnership, employment, franchise, fiduciary, or agency relationship between the parties.
