Updates and support
Each paid license includes Commerce Pro updates and product support for one year from the purchase date.
Production and staging
The license limit applies to production stores. A reasonable staging or development activation is allowed for each active production site.
Deactivate and transfer
You can deactivate a site and move an available activation to another eligible store from your license account.
Keep the installed version
An expired license stops new updates, downloads, and support. It does not remotely remove the installed plugin from your store.
Keys stay server-side
License keys and AI credentials are handled through authenticated server requests and are not printed into frontend JavaScript.
14-day refund window
Initial Commerce Pro purchases may qualify for a refund within 14 days under the published refund policy.

No. Single Site, 5 Sites, and 25 Sites include the same Commerce Pro features. Only the number of permitted production activations changes.
Yes. An active production store may use a reasonable staging or development activation. Staging allowances are intended for testing, not additional live stores.
The installed version remains on your site, but new downloads, updates, and support require an active license. Renewing restores access.
No. The plugin license covers Geeky Bot software. AI usage is controlled by the provider or Zywrap plan connected by the store owner.
