Refund Policy
Eligibility, exclusions, renewals, third-party costs, and the request process for Geeky Bot Commerce Pro refunds.
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to eligible purchases of Geeky Bot Commerce Pro made directly through the official Geeky Bot website and sales channel operated by WiselyHub LLC.
Geeky Bot Free does not require a paid Commerce Pro license and therefore does not create a paid software license refund.
Purchases made through another marketplace, reseller, payment partner, or third-party seller are governed by that seller’s refund process and policies.
This Policy should be read together with the Geeky Bot Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, checkout terms, and any plan-specific information displayed at the time of purchase.
2. 14-day initial-purchase refund window
An eligible customer may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the original Commerce Pro purchase date.
The 14-day period begins on the date the initial payment is successfully completed, not on the date the plugin is first installed or activated.
Downloading, installing, or activating Commerce Pro does not by itself remove eligibility during the stated 14-day initial-purchase period.
A request submitted after the 14-day period is normally not eligible unless applicable law requires otherwise or we expressly agree to an exception.
3. Eligible purchases
The initial-purchase refund window applies to a new, direct Commerce Pro purchase made through the official Geeky Bot sales channel.
To help us locate and verify the transaction, the request should include:
- The purchaser’s name
- The email address used during checkout
- The order number or transaction reference
- The Commerce Pro plan purchased
- The related license identifier, when available
- A brief reason for the request
The request should normally be submitted by the purchaser, account owner, or another person authorized to act for the purchasing organization.
We may request reasonable information to confirm the purchase and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized refund requests.
Do not include passwords, complete API keys, private signing keys, full payment-card information, or unrelated customer data.
4. Technical problems and support
When a refund request relates to a technical issue, we may ask for safe diagnostic information and a reasonable opportunity to understand or resolve the reported problem.
Useful diagnostic information may include:
- WordPress and WooCommerce versions
- Geeky Bot Core and Commerce Pro versions
- PHP version
- The affected feature or action
- Clear reproduction steps
- A screenshot with sensitive information hidden
- A relevant error message or sanitized log excerpt
Customers are not required to provide unrestricted access to a production website, complete credentials, payment information, private customer records, or permanent administrator access.
Where temporary website access is voluntarily provided, it should use a dedicated temporary account with only the permissions reasonably needed for the support task. The account should be removed after the task is complete.
A support discussion does not extend the refund deadline. The initial refund request should still be submitted within the 14-day period.
5. Common exclusions
Unless required by applicable law or expressly approved as an exception, refunds are generally not available for:
- Requests made after the 14-day initial-purchase window
- Features that were not described as included in the purchased Commerce Pro version or plan
- Roadmap, planned, beta, experimental, or future features that were not included at purchase
- Failure to meet the published WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, server, or plugin requirements
- Problems caused solely by an unsupported or incorrectly configured third-party theme, plugin, host, AI provider, payment service, or customization
- Custom development, configuration, migration, or integration work already delivered
- A change of mind submitted after the refund period
- Unused sites or unused time remaining within an active multi-site license
- Temporary AI-provider downtime, model changes, credit limits, or third-party service interruptions
- Failure to cancel an automatic renewal before the renewal date
- Abuse, fraud, unauthorized use, or material violation of the Terms and Conditions
- Purchases completed through a different seller or marketplace
This section does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
6. License renewals
Commerce Pro plans may renew according to the billing and checkout terms accepted during purchase.
Customers who do not wish to renew should cancel automatic renewal through the available customer-account or support process before the renewal date.
A renewal payment does not normally create a new 14-day initial-purchase refund window.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless:
- The charge was duplicated
- The wrong amount was charged
- The renewal was processed after a valid cancellation
- The transaction was unauthorized
- Applicable law requires a refund
- We expressly approve an exception
Cancelling automatic renewal prevents future renewal charges. It does not normally terminate the already-paid license term or create a refund for the current term.
A cancelled subscription may remain active until the end of its paid term unless it is refunded, reversed, suspended, or terminated under the Terms and Conditions.
7. Plan changes, upgrades, and duplicate purchases
Requests to upgrade or change a Commerce Pro site plan may be handled through the customer account or support, subject to the current upgrade and billing options.
Unused site activations within a multi-site plan do not normally qualify for a partial or prorated refund.
If the same product was purchased more than once by mistake, contact us promptly. After verifying the duplicate transactions, we may refund or cancel the unintended duplicate purchase.
Where an incorrect plan was purchased, contact us before activating or using the license on multiple websites so the available correction options can be reviewed.
8. AI-provider and third-party charges
The Commerce Pro license fee covers the applicable Geeky Bot software entitlement, protected downloads, updates, licensing services, and support described for the purchased plan.
Unless explicitly stated during checkout, the Commerce Pro license fee does not include charges from:
- Zywrap usage or credits
- OpenAI or another AI-model provider
- Website hosting providers
- Domain or email providers
- Payment gateways
- WooCommerce extensions
- Third-party themes or plugins
- Developers, agencies, or consultants
- Currency-conversion or bank charges
Geeky Bot cannot refund charges billed directly by an unrelated third party. Those charges must be addressed with the provider that collected the payment.
9. Processing an approved refund
An approved refund will normally be returned through the original payment method used for the purchase.
If the original payment method cannot accept the refund, we may request additional information or use another lawful and reasonably available method.
The time required for the funds to appear depends on the payment processor, card network, bank, wallet provider, country, and original payment method.
The refunded amount will normally be issued in the original transaction currency. Exchange-rate differences, bank fees, processor fees, and currency-conversion charges applied by third parties may be outside our control.
Where a partial refund is specifically approved, only the approved portion will be returned.
10. Effect on the license and service access
When a Commerce Pro purchase is refunded, reversed, or successfully charged back, the related commercial entitlement may be cancelled or disabled.
This may end access to:
- Commerce Pro license activation
- Protected downloads
- Plugin updates
- New site activations
- Product support
- License-management services
- Commerce Pro runtime services where applicable
A refunded customer should deactivate and remove Commerce Pro from websites that no longer have an active commercial entitlement.
Refunding the Commerce Pro purchase does not automatically delete conversations, settings, analytics, product-index information, or other data stored locally on the customer’s WordPress website.
The website owner remains responsible for exporting, retaining, or deleting local plugin information according to its needs and legal obligations.
11. How to request a refund
- Open the Geeky Bot contact page.
- Select Billing or refund.
- Enter the email address used for the purchase.
- Provide the order number or transaction reference.
- Identify the purchased Commerce Pro plan.
- Provide a short and clear explanation of the request.
- Hide passwords, license secrets, API keys, payment information, and unrelated customer data.
The request may also be sent to [email protected].
We may reply with questions needed to confirm the order, understand the request, prevent fraud, or determine eligibility.
A request is not approved until confirmation is provided through the support, billing, or customer-account channel.
12. Payment disputes and chargebacks
Contact Geeky Bot billing support before opening a payment dispute where reasonably possible. Many duplicate, cancellation, billing, and technical issues can be resolved more quickly through direct review.
An unauthorized, fraudulent, or unresolved chargeback may result in temporary restriction of the associated account, license, downloads, updates, and support while the payment dispute is reviewed.
This section does not prevent a customer from using lawful consumer, banking, card-network, or payment-dispute rights.
13. Statutory and consumer rights
This Refund Policy provides contractual refund terms for eligible Commerce Pro purchases. It does not remove, restrict, or replace consumer rights, warranty rights, withdrawal rights, remedies for faulty digital products, or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Additional rights may apply depending on the customer’s location, whether the purchase was made as a consumer or for business purposes, and the circumstances of the transaction.
Where applicable law provides stronger or additional rights, those legal rights will apply.
14. Changes and contact
This Refund Policy may be updated to reflect changes to Commerce Pro plans, checkout systems, renewal practices, payment providers, legal requirements, or business operations.
The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when an updated policy is published.
The refund terms presented during checkout normally apply to the related purchase, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
